Your package will be sent with GLS. The delivery of your package depends upon which country you settle in. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding shipment/delivery. If you change your mind about your purchase, you must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have received the item. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods. 

Fill in the return form attached to your order confirmation and send it with your returned item. If you have lost your return form, you can contact us at contact@schottbrinck.dk


If you live in Denmark, you can return your order with the attached free return label. If you live outside Denmark, there is no return label, but you can return your order by handing it in at your local post office or delivery service at your own expense.

Return your order to us without any undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification of cancellation of your purchase.

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods to you.

When you return the item, please describe the issue in as much detail as possible. We do not accept parcels for collection nor parcels sent payable COD.


You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by other handling than that necessary to determine the type, characteristics and function of the item. In other words, you may try on the item in the same way that you would try it on in a physical shop, but you are not permitted to make actual use of it.

If the items have been worn beyond above described, we will deem it to have been used, which means that on cancelling the purchase you will only receive a refund of part of the purchase price, or none of it, depending on the marketable value of the returned item.

NOTE: The item must be returned in original packaging. The shoe box must NOT be used as a shipping box. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, it will result in a depreciation of the item and we will deduct your refund € 7.


If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In case of an impairment that you are liable for, the refund will be deducted accordingly.

If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days from the date we received the shoes. We will make such a refund with the same payment method as you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received your returned goods.

We do not receive packages without direct delivery or packages sent as ‘cash on delivery’.


The provisions for defective goods contained in the Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply to purchases.

As a consumer, when you shop with us, you enjoy a 24-month guarantee period. This means that, depending on the specific circumstances, you may either have the item repaired or exchanged, receive refund or a purchase price reduction. The complaint must be justified, and the defect must not have arisen because of improper use of the product or any other wrongful act.

You must make your complaint within a reasonable time from having ascertained the defect. If you complain within two months from having ascertained the defect, the complaint will always be made on time.

If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to ask for a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

In order for us to enter into an agreement with you, we require the following information: Name, address, telephone number and email address.

When you visit fridashoes.dk, cookies are stored on your computer. A cookie is a small text file which is stored in your browser to allow us to recognize your computer at a subsequent visit. Learn more about this on the page "Cookies and Privacy Policy".

We register and share your personal data in order to be able to ship the goods to you. Moreover, we collaborate with a number of other companies which store and process data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes. We only collaborate with data processors within the EU or in countries which are able to adequately protect your data.

We collect your email address, name address, telephone number, gender, and IP address. In addition to these, also analytical data such as the unit from which you access our web page. This data is collected with the view to improving your experience on our web page and analyzing the performance of our web page.

We process your payment information by means of the payment gateway Shopify Payments. Your purchases are handled through Shopify.

When you visit fridashoes.dk, we automatically collect data on you and your use of our web page – e.g. on the type of browser used by you, the search terms used by you on the web page and your IP address. The purpose of this is to optimize the user experience and the functioning of the web page as well as carry out targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook and Google.

The personal data is registered with Schott & Brinck Group A/S and is stored for five years, after which the data will be erased. If you have set up a login for our web page, the data is not erased unless you ask us to
do so. However, if your account is not active for a period of five years, this data will be erased.

The data controller of fridashoes.dk is Schott & Brinck Group A/S. To ensure transparency on the processing of your data, we – as data controllers – must inform you of your rights.

You have the right to access to your data processed by us (right of access) and the purpose served by the registration. You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data processed by us. If you wish to receive a copy of your personal data, please send a written request to contact@schottbrinck.dk. You will be asked for proof of identity (Please note that when you provide this proof by e.g. providing a copy of your passport, health insurance card or driver’s license, you are sharing further sensitive personal data with us). You also have the right to data portability which means that you have the right to transfer this data to another data controller.

If you believe that the data is inaccurate, you have the right to have it rectified (the right to rectification).

In some cases, we are under a duty to erase your personal data if you so require (the right to erasure). This could be the case if e.g. your data is no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected. You may also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in contravention of current legislation.
